Dear FORTE/PSTV’99 participants,

On behalf of the conference, we invite you to attend FORTE/PSTV'99, which 
will be held during October 5~8.

Since the period is coincident with the Great Celebration of China's National 
Day (Oct. 1), we recommend that you book your room from hotels as soon as 
possible. We believe that there will be a shortage in rooms because of the great 
number of people attending the Grand Pageant.

To expedite the procedure of registration to FORTE/PSTV'99, we provide two

somewhat give you some convenience.
