E. Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservation will be confirmed upon the receipt from guest a
non-refundable room deposit equivalent to one night's room rate.
If payment (as mentions in A) is not received by 30 days prior to
arrival date, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation after arrival date or if you do not
arrive on the date indicated in this form, you may be liable for
one night room charge.
Please inform the hotel of any changes of your reservation
in writing.
