Visa Requirement

Participants are encouraged to check the entrance condition to Serbia and Montenegro for their nationals.

The citizens of the countries listed in following link do NOT required visa:

The citizens of others countries should apply for a visa. Please follow the link below for all required information:

Visa Letter

Visa letters will only be issued to participants who have registered and paid their registration fee in full. See the registration page for more details on registration and fees.

Visa letters will state only the following facts:
» Conference title, dates, and location
» That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
» If they are either a committee member, speaker or presenter
