Call for Papers
Authors are invited to submit their full papers of maximum 10 pages, before February 26, 2006, written in English, presenting the results of research, or of innovative, practical applications relevant to the conference topics. Full papers shall be electronically submitted in PDF format, conforming to the IEEE LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates. The paper submittal interface will be available on the conference website in January 2006. All papers will be reviewed by the program committee for their originality, relevance and clarity. Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and referenced in international libraries.
