My name is Philippe Dax.

I get the title of Project Supervisor in 1993.

My mainly activities are administrating Systems and Networks in the ENST site and teaching Computer Sciences and new Network Technologies.

I spend the rest of the time in Network Research. My favorite center of interests scopes on new Network Architectures as IP Multicast, IPv6, ATM and Active Networks.

The two privilegied directions that I follow in these domains are both designing new type of network applications, and study on the deployement problematic of protocols and applications in a large scale approach.

I have managed many projects and experimentations in this way for students and made some talks and publications on Collaborative and Interactive Applications.
